 How long do the Lumiere fresh flower  arrangements last and how to give them a longer life?
Fresh flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. We cannot guarantee how long they will last, but caring for them will make a significant difference in their life.

What is the difference between fresh roses and Everlasting Roses?
Bouquets made with fresh roses have life of their own we are unable to determine their life span. However, bouquets with Everlasting roses can last up to a year or longer.

What are Everlasting Roses?
Everlasting roses are 100% natural roses that have undergone a preservation process to maintain their beauty and freshness with no need for water or sunlight.


How to care for Everlasting Roses?
Do not remove them from their box. Do NOT water the roses. Avoid direct sunlight exposure. Keep arrangement in a room temperature environment. If dust collects after a few months, gently remove it with a duster. Do not place anything on top of flowers.

Can I take the Everlasting Roses out of the box?
No. Removing the roses will damage them and ruin the arrangement. They are meant to stay inside the box for the entire lifespan of the arrangement. 

Can I pick up my order?
Any orders in the RGV area can be placed for pick up at our shop located in 4431 S Jackson Rd Ste F Edinburg TX 78539.
Houston TX orders are available for delivery only. 

Can I schedule a delivery to a specific time and date?
We will arrange to accommodate a delivery time as per your request. However, because of multiple variables, including traffic, we DO NO GUARANTEE deliveries at a specific time. We will do our best to deliver the arrangement within your preferred time frame. In addition, you are always welcome to call our shop so that one of our team members can handle your request personally. Holiday, rush orders, and deliveries during peak business traffic may encounter some delays. Please allow some flexibility or extra advanced time to ensure delivery on schedule.

Can you ship to my city?
Yes we offer nationwide shipping. Select nationwide shipping on the SHOP page. 

What is your return policy?
All sales concluded at Fleurs Lumiere are final. We are providing a service consisting of sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Receiving a defective product being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement must be submitted to contact@fleurslumiere.com.

All glass products are responsibility of the buyer, Fleurs Lumiere does not take responsibility on any accidents/injuries and or misuse.
